"Giving Back to the Community" Outing a HUGE Success
On Thursday, January 20th, we had our first "Giving Back to the Community" volunteer outing at the Humane Animal Welfare Society (HAWS) and it was a HUGE success! The participants who attended also donated dog and cat food/treats to HAWS and volunteered their time in filling toy Kongs with tasty treats as an evening snack for the many dogs waiting to be adopted.
We received a tour of the amazing HAWS facility and visited the rabbits, dogs, cats and even turtles. An amazing opportunity to give back to an amazing organization and our participants learned, laughed and loved their time at HAWS!
Happy Puppies!!!
After we filled the dog Kongs, we had the opportunity to spend time and interact with three feisty puppies!
