Fun and Fitness Day with the Arrowhead Varsity Girls Softball Team!

What an AMAZING OUTING . . . beautiful Wisconsin weather, learning softball skills, and socializing with the girls softball team!

After introductions, we divided into four groups and participated in the following stations to learn the basic fundamentals of softball:

• Pitching

• Catching

• Throwing

• Batting

The coaches and players were motivating in providing support, instruction and team building.

Following the stations, we divided into two teams and played a friendly game of softball on the official Arrowhead Diamond where the Journey21 participants were announced right before batting. An ice cream social was the perfect way to end our Fun & Fitness Day while socializing with the coaches and players and asking fun "getting to know you" questions.
