Supporting young adults as they grow in confidence, independence, and real-life skills
The 18–21 Transition Academy is designed for young adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) who are still eligible for school district services and ready for their next chapter. The program includes:

- Social development through peer interaction and community engagement
- Training in daily routines, personal wellness, and independent living
- Volunteer experiences and supported internships
- Personalized planning through an Individualized Wellness Plan (IWP)

Learning Beyond the Classroom
Participants enjoy outings, service projects, and real-world experiences that help them build confidence and apply their learning in the community. These activities make learning meaningful and fun and help students feel connected to the world around them.
