Coffee Connections – April
Meeting Topic:
Joel Pearlman, Founder of the Dani Plan, will be joining us in April. The Dani Plan is a digital futures planning and documentation tool families can use to help meet the needs of their loved ones with disabilities. Joel will show us how the Dani Plan can be used to create a hub to help keep track of your loved ones needs, goals, contacts, and so much more. I have also included a link to their website below.

Partnership and Family Resource Night
Join us for an engaging evening designed to connect individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and those who support them, with the community resources that matter most. Meet local partner organizations, explore services that support life after high school, and discover programs offered through Journey21. Families, caregivers, educators, and community members are all welcome to attend this informative and inspiring event.

Life Academy Graduation
Join us as we celebrate the remarkable achievements of our Journey21 Life Academy graduates! This special ceremony honors each student’s growth, hard work, and accomplishments as they build skills for greater independence, confidence, and community engagement. Family, friends, mentors, and partners are invited to share in this proud moment as we recognize the dedication and spirit of our graduates and cheer them on toward their next exciting chapters.
