Journey21 Welcomes Former Landmark Credit Union CEO Jay Magulski to Board of Directors

OCONOMOWOC, Wis. (August 7, 2026) – Journey21 is pleased to announce the appointment of Jay Magulski to its Board of Directors, further strengthening the organization’s leadership as it continues to expand opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) throughout Wisconsin.
Magulski brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry. He retired from Landmark Credit Union at the end of 2025 after a distinguished 23-year career with the organization, including serving as President and CEO for 12 years.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Magulski has demonstrated a deep commitment to community involvement. He currently serves on the La Casa de Esperanza Foundation Board and remains actively engaged with United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County.
“We are honored to welcome Jay Magulski to the Journey21 Board of Directors, “stated President and CEO, Judie Taylor. “Jay’s exceptional leadership, strategic expertise, and commitment to strengthening our community will be invaluable as we continue growing with purpose and expanding opportunities for adults with IDD. We look forward to the impact his leadership will have on Journey21’s future.”
Founded in 2021, Journey21 was created to address the critical gap in services that many adults with IDD face after aging out of school-based programs at age 21. What began as a conversation between two mothers seeking brighter futures for their sons has grown into a thriving organization serving hundreds of individuals and families.
Journey21 continues to grow and reshape what long-term services can look like for adults with IDD. As individuals build skills in communication, confidence, daily living, and employment readiness, they rely less on formal supports and more on their own abilities and community networks.
Journey21 is proud to benefit from the leadership of parents, community leaders, and respected professionals who share a commitment to creating innovative solutions and expanding opportunities for adults with IDD. Magulski’s appointment reflects the organization’s continued investment in building a strong foundation for future growth and impact.
